DEBORAH YOUNGER-MITCHELL

Executive Director and Founder

Deborah founded Natick for Black Lives Matter in 2019, and has been a Natick resident for 8 years. A graduate of Tufts University in Childhood Studies with a minor concentration in French and African American Studies. She has worked at Oxfam America, an NGO, for 10 years as regional administrator to the African region. Deborah comes from a family with an esteemed and long history of social justice work. You can locate her at  www.poppinbeans.com.
